Fair usage, in plain English
“Small changes” means the kind of update that takes minutes, not days. A couple per month is exactly what’s included. Bigger jobs (a new section, a shop, a booking system) get quoted first, in writing, as a monthly figure, and nothing starts until you’ve agreed a number. There’s no hourly rate, and you will never open an invoice you didn’t expect.

Where care fits in the price
Around here, care is usually sold as a plan on top: £30 to £50 a month to keep an eye on a site somebody already paid thousands for. We’ve stopped playing that game. £49 a month is the whole thing: the site designed, built, hosted and cared for, with nothing up front. There’s no separate care plan because nothing was left out to sell back to you.
If your current site was built elsewhere and quietly abandoned, we could babysit it. Honestly, though: for the same £49 you can have a new one that’s looked after from birth. No lock-in, month to month, and cancelling is a sentence, not a negotiation.

When something breaks
You ring or email, a human replies, and fixing it becomes our problem instead of yours. That’s the entire process. If your current site has been quietly abandoned by whoever built it, start with the free health check. It’ll tell you honestly what state it’s in.
