Fair usage, in plain English
“Small changes” means the kind of update that takes minutes, not days — a couple per month is exactly what the plan is for. Bigger jobs (a new section, a shop, a rebuild of a page) get quoted first, in writing, and nothing chargeable starts until you’ve agreed a number. You will never open an invoice you didn’t expect.

No lock-in on either. Everything here runs month to month, and cancelling is a sentence, not a negotiation.
When something breaks
You ring or email, a human replies, and fixing it becomes my problem instead of yours. That’s the entire process. If your current site has been quietly abandoned by whoever built it, start with the free health check— it’ll tell you honestly what state it’s in.
