Pricing
Two ways to get a serious website. Both priced in plain sight.
Most web designers round here make you ask. Here’s everything, published — what it costs, what’s included, and what costs extra.
Route one
Own your website
from £1,995
one-off — the site is yours outright
- Design and build, tailored to how your business takes money
- Written and structured to be found on Google locally
- Photography direction and content help
- Fast, accessible, mobile-first — measurably, not vaguely
- Training so you can make your own updates
- 30 days of post-launch fixes included
Optional Care Plan at £49 a month— hosting, updates, backups, security and small changes handled for you. Rolling monthly, cancel with a month’s notice.
Route two
Fully managed
from £299/month
nothing up front · rolling monthly
- Everything in route one — same quality, no upfront cost
- Hosting, security, backups and updates always handled
- A monthly allowance of changes and improvements
- Priority response when something needs fixing
- Completely risk-free: no minimum term, one calendar month's notice
Want to own it later? There’s a published buyout: £1,995 minus £100 for every month you’ve been on the plan, settling at £995. Every month with us takes £100 off — no negotiation, no small print.
The prices here are a starting point, not a test you can fail. If neither route quite fits, say so — there’s usually a sensible way through.
What costs extra
Work beyond your plan’s scope is quoted first, in writing, at £75 an hour — nothing chargeable starts until you’ve said yes to a number. Typical extras: large new sections, online shops, booking systems added later, professional photography.
Fair questions
Why is fully managed £299 a month with nothing up front?
Because we carry the build cost and earn it back over time. That only works if the site keeps earning for you — which is the right incentive for both of us.
What happens if I cancel?
One calendar month’s notice, any time. You keep your domain, your content and your data — exported free. On the managed plan the site itself comes down unless you buy it out at the published figure above.
Is £1,995 negotiable?
The scope is negotiable; the price isn’t. If the budget’s tighter, we change what’s included — honestly — rather than quietly cutting corners.
Do prices include VAT?
We’re not VAT-registered, so there’s no VAT to add — the prices you see are the prices you pay.
