Some websites need to do more than tell your story and bring in enquiries: take bookings, hold orders, sell from a shop, or grow into systems with customer accounts and stock. That’s real ongoing work to run, so it’s scoped and priced separately, the same way everything here is priced: a monthly figure, quoted in writing, before anything starts. No hourly rate, ever. Your plan never changes without you agreeing a number first.

Fair questions
How can it be £49 a month?
Because building websites has stopped being expensive, and we’d rather be honest about that than charge as if it hasn’t happened. The craft now is in the thinking, the words and the care, not weeks of technical labour. We would also rather look after your site for years at a fair price than invoice you once at a big one.
Why not just use Wix, GoDaddy or IONOS?
A fair question with an answer long enough to deserve its own page. The short version: they rent you the tools and the work is still yours to do. £49 gets the whole job done for you.
What happens if I cancel?
One calendar month’s notice, any time, no minimum term. Your domain, your content and your data leave with you, exported free. The site itself comes down: you’ve been paying for a service, not an asset on finance, which is exactly why there was no big number at the start.
What counts as a small change?
The kind that takes minutes, not days: prices, photos, opening hours, a staff change. A couple a month is exactly what the plan is for. Anything bigger gets a written monthly figure first, so you will never open an invoice you didn’t expect.
