Feature · Online booking

A diary that fills itself, including at 9pm.

Most bookings are attempted outside working hours, by people who won't ring twice. Online booking turns those attempts into appointments instead of losses.

What it does for the till

Customers pick a slot from availability you control — the booking lands in your diary and their inbox without a phone call. No double-booking, no 'can I just check the book', no interrupting the job you're on.

Reminders go out automatically before the appointment, which is what actually cuts no-shows — and a deposit taken at booking makes the remaining ones rare. Both are options, not obligations: how much friction to add is a business decision we make together.

The quiet win is data: which slots fill first, which services get booked online, who's due back. A paper diary knows none of that.

See it working

The Cefn Derw Garage demo runs exactly this — book a fictional MOT and count the taps it takes. The booking flow asks only what the counter would ask, which is the whole discipline.

Where this fits your trade

Wondering whether your business needs it? That’s a five-minute conversation, not a sales call.
