The mill, the cwm and the three farms

Melin Onnen is an old ash-tree mill turned farm shop and kitchen at the bottom of a fictional cwm. The shelves carry the county: cheese from up the valley, bara brith from the kitchen, veg from three farms within sight of the chimney. The café serves breakfast until the bread runs out.

The counter takes orders while everyone sleeps: pack a box tonight, pay online, and it's packed, labelled and waiting on the collection shelf by mid-morning.
